What the templates include

The CSV templates include manual fields for quote line items, filament inventory, cost per gram, validity notes, terms, and spreadsheet formulas. They are supporting assets for the calculators, not a paid template store.

Download a template when you need a local spreadsheet record after using a calculator. The CSV files contain sample rows and plain values so they open cleanly in common spreadsheet tools before you add your own formulas.

When to use the manual quote template

Use the 3D print quote calculator first, then copy the calculated numbers into the CSV when you need a spreadsheet row or customer record outside PrintCostCalc.

The quote template is most useful for repeat jobs, customer revisions, and manual follow-up after a browser quote. Keep internal assumptions in your own copy of the file, then share only the customer-facing fields you want visible.

When to use the pricing worksheet

Use the templates for manual tracking after you calculate print cost, filament cost, print farm pricing, or print failure cost. PrintCostCalc does not save quote history or inventory data.

Local Spreadsheet Workflow

The templates are simple CSV downloads. They do not create an account, upload files, call a price API, store quote history, or sync inventory data. Open the file locally, replace the sample row, and keep the saved copy in your own spreadsheet system.
